Is Nyvro free to use? +

Yes! Nyvro offers a free basic version with core features. We also offer premium features through our subscription plans for users who want enhanced functionality and more control over their dating experience.

What information do I need to provide during registration? +

During registration, you'll need to provide your email address, create a password, and add basic profile information including your name, date of birth, and location. You can also add photos and additional details to make your profile more appealing.

Profile & Matching

How does the matching algorithm work? +

Our matching algorithm considers various factors including your location, age preferences, interests, and profile information to suggest compatible matches. The more complete your profile is, the better our recommendations will be.

Can I edit my profile after creating it? +

Absolutely! You can edit your profile at any time. Simply go to your profile settings and update any information, photos, or preferences. Changes are saved immediately and will be visible to other users.

How many photos can I upload to my profile? +

Free users can upload up to 6 photos, while premium users can upload up to 10 photos. We recommend using high-quality, recent photos that showcase your personality and interests.

How does Nyvro protect my privacy? +

How do I start a conversation with someone I'm interested in? +

When you match with someone, you can send them a message. We recommend starting with a friendly, genuine message that references something from their profile. Be respectful and avoid generic or inappropriate messages.

What are some safety tips for meeting someone in person? +

Always meet in public places for first meetings, tell a friend or family member about your plans, trust your instincts, and have an exit plan if you feel uncomfortable. Never share financial information or send money to someone you haven't met.

Can I unmatch with someone? +

Yes, you can unmatch with someone at any time. This will remove them from your matches and they won't be able to contact you. Simply go to your matches list and select the unmatch option.

What devices are supported? +

Nyvro is currently available for Android devices. We're working on an iOS version that will be released soon. The app requires Android 6.0 (API level 23) or higher.

How do I reset my password? +

If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password securely.

The app is not working properly. What should I do? +
